  • On-site consultation, verbal do-it-yourself recommendations: ~ 2 hrs, 
  • Follow-up written report with suggestions (e.g. urgent repairs, cosmetic upgrades, color scheme, decorating ideas, step by step checklist for estate liquidations, etc.): additional 1-2 hrs. For locations outside of Metro Vancouver, one-way travel time fee applies.
  • Please note:
    Initial visit at the property, intended to provide you with a fixed quote for the job (when you tell us what you want to be done), is free of charge and it lasts ~30 minutes. Any time beyond that is considered a Consultation (when we advise you a course of action, share with you our knowledge, expertise, practical experience, list of contacts and resources, etc), and is billable at $100.00/hr. We apologize but we don’t offer phone consultations.
    Free consultations and our ongoing support and availability are reserved exclusively for our contractual clients.
