  Initial visit at the property, intended to provide you with a fixed quote for the job (when you tell us what you want to be done), is free of charge and it lasts ~30 minutes. Any time beyond that is considered a Consultation (when we advise you a course of action, share with you our knowledge, expertise, practical experience, list of contacts and resources, etc), and is billable at $85.00/hr. We apologize but we don’t offer phone consultations.
